e-motion - A free online counselling project for young people aged 12-18 years who live in East Sussex. 

To help parents know how to keep their children safe online, the NSPCC have developed Net Aware, a guide primarily aimed at parents, featuring the most popular social networks, apps or games that children use most. 

There are pro-active steps you can take to block websites and prevent children accessing inappropriate content. The UK safer internet centre have developed walkthrough guides to do this UK Safer Internet Centre Parental Controls Guide  

Childline offer information and avcie around various types of bullying including how to report and block people who bully you online.  Childline also provide tips to take care of your mental health.
